The Information gathered is necessary in order for you to register as a user, to choose and tailor your services, to complete the booking process, to receive the booking codes and authentication (PNR) and obtain the relative receipt.

Said functions are essential for the success of the operation. Conferral of permission by the user to treat his personal data is optional. A refusal to enter the requested information on the page dedicated to registration, however, renders the service impossible.

1) If you are a Traveller.

Although your profile is not public we may share information about your profile, including your personal data, with our partners (friend, tutor, guide, host) that enables us to provide services so that they can contact you directly through e-mail or phone with respect of to their services (This is done only after you completed a booking request or you have contacted them first).

2) If you are a Friend, Tutor, Guide or Host.

Information such as your name, profile picture, services and contents is publicly available. Such information may, for example, be accessed by everyone on the Internet , be indexed by third party search engines, and be imported, exported, distributed, and redistributed by easytovisit.com.

easytovisit.com is not responsible for the management of such personal data once it has been exchanged during the booking process or any type of data that you willingly exchange through our message center.

We would also like to inform you that your data could be transferred to external organizations that carry out activities related and depending on service operability and to comply with the applicable law or legal proceeding or when the public security authority imposes it.
