BOOKING, PROFILES, PNRIn order to have access to the contact’s details of the requested profile ( Friend , Guide , Tutor or Host ) and to proceed with booking, it is necessary to complete the registration process.For a Traveller in order to book a meeting/service with a Guide, Tutor or Host a simple registration is required while, if the Traveller wants to meet with a Friend he/she will have to undergo the same id certification process that the Friend has undergone and therefore prove his/her identity through our certification process. The main purpose of registration is to protect your and your contact’s safety, creating reliable and certified profiles for all the users registered on line and track your user experience. Once a registered user, every time you book a meeting/service you and your counterpart, each one of the two, will be issued part of a PNR security code. This code will be used to validate your review of the meeting and contact and to communicate to the system that the meeting has taken place and has concluded successfully.
TRAVEL SERVICES disciplineThe rules relating to individual travel services provides that contracts involving the offer of only the transport service, the lodging, or any other separated service, including those related to leisure time, cannot be considered as part of a travel organization process or a holiday package.The eventual offer of holiday packages is not to be considered as offered by easytovisit.com. but from third parties promoting it on our platform, therefore it is regulated/governed by the terms and conditions that apply to the third party supplier of the holiday package.
PAYMENTSOn easytovisit.com users can either purchase Tokens ( our virtual currency used to arrange meetings between users registered as Travellers and Friends ) or Services offered by our professional users ( Guides, Tutors and Host ) on our platform.All payments to easytovisit.com will occur through PayPal™, if you don’t have a PayPal™ account you will still able to purchase Tokens or Services on easytovisit.com through all the major credit card circuits allowed by PayPal™ itself.
PURCHASING TOKENSTokens , our virtual currency is set at a unit value of 0,90 € ( 90 euro cents ).Tokens can be purchased and added to your profile wallet in convenient packages of 3 , 5 and 7 . Tokens can only be purchased by id-certified Travellers and Friends . easytovisit.com will issue a receipt for the purchase directly to the email address you have provided during the registration process. Tokens are used by Friends and Travellers to prove their commitment in the process of arranging a meeting and they allow the users to receive each others details and to take full advantage of our PNR system.
PURCHASING SERVICESServices can be purchased from both normal basic Travellers and id-certified Travellers .Services are offered on our platform easytovisit.com by professional individuals that had to prove their skills and qualifications to our screening system and are categorized under the profiles of Guides , Tutors and Hosts . The price of the Services is set by the offering individual ( Guide , Tutor or Host ) and includes all possible accessory costs such as taxes, vat or transaction fees. easytovisit.com will collect in advance from the Travellers the full payment of the services and will hold it until the Traveller has cancelled or completed the experience.

easytovisit.com will issue a receipt for the purchase directly to the email address you have provided during the registration process. As a Traveller , by law you are entitled to request an invoice/receipt for the full amount ( 100% ) of the sum paid in advance to easytovisit.com directly from the professional individual on-site. The receipt will be inclusive of all taxes and fees and you will not have to pay any extra sum in hand at to the professional on-site. As a professional ( Guide , Tutor or Host ), you are responsible to comply with your local tax regulations and to provide the Traveller with a regular invoice/receipt for the full amount of the service paid in advance on easytovisit.com without adding any extra fee or cost unless agreed with the Traveller in advance. easytovisit.com cannot be responsible for any extra cost paid cash or in hand on site and not present in the transaction occurred on our website.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDNo refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced or any other services have been utilized.Cancelling a booking with easytovisit.com can result in cancellation fees being applied by easytovisit.com, as outlined below. When canceling any booking you will be notified via email of the total cancellation fees.

You cannot cancel your booking within 5 calendar days from the booking date . Due to unforeseeable circumstances the Traveller and the Guide, Tutor or Host can mutually agree to cancel the experience once they meet on-site, if this event occurs they will agree on how to deal with the situation without further involvement of easytovisit.com which will proceed as if the meeting has taken place. The Guide, Tutor or Host can cancel the activity if weather conditions, governmental actions, unforeseeable or unavoidable external circumstances endanger or make carrying out the activity impossible or substantially more difficult. This is done under exclusion of any compensation for damages or other claims under what legal basis whatsoever. The supplier has the right to refuse admittance or exclude the Traveller from an activity if the Traveller does not meet the eligibility requirements, or if his/her participation puts the supplier or others at risk, or otherwise interferes with the proper conduct of the activity. In these cases, the price paid will be eventually refunded on-site by the supplier itself. easytovisit.com is not to be held responsible for any loss or damages you may incur as a result of cancellations or changes in the services reserved due to unforseeable circumstances. Such events include, for example, but not limited to: war, terrorist activity, national strikes, fires, epidemics, hurricanes and other disasters actual or potential to the environment.
WARNINGS AND EXPULSIONSAs a sign of respect to the users and to safeguard the value that easytovisit.com acknowledge to each of its affiliates, Friend ,Guide, Tutor or Host, easytovisit.com have established some principles underlying the Mission of easytovisit.com in the page “Do and Dont’s”.
We believe that the best way to evaluate your and our services is through user generated reviews, comments and feedback, with a transparent system of ranking of the services provided and of the profiles.
We also believe that serious violations committed by those that provide services through easytovisit.com have to be sanctioned as well as any illegitimate behaviour, such as but not limited to: failure to deliver the service as described, false information, feedback manipulation. No-show from a Friend, Guide, Tutor or Host, once they have been booked or accepted the reservation and finalized the payment process is considered a sanctionable violation.
ADMINISTRATIONeasytovisit.com has the right to acquire every necessary detail from the users of the system to finalize payments, for tax related purposes. easytovisit.com may, as example but not limited to, register the user’s e-mail address to send receipt and/or invoice, PNR, updates, notices of the website and/or the service and / or a user's friends. However, easytovisit.com reserves the right to send e-mail to users at all times, regardless of their account settings, as well as send them documents regarding their balance sheets or their token’s credit.
RECESSIONAccording to the Italian law 64-67 of the D. LGS. 206/2005 ("CONSUMER CODE) relating to rules protecting consumers in cases of contracts negotiated or concluded away from business premises , recession is not allowed for the purchase of touristic services, nothwithsatnding this easytovisit.com will still allow recession and cancellation as stated in the related chapter of this page ( CANCELLATION & REFUND ) , any other case or request will not be taken in consideration.
CHANGES TO THISYou agree and understand that these page, the easytovisit.com website and the easytovisit.com Services may be modified by Toots srl at any time without prior notice, and such modifications will be effective upon easytovisit.com's posting of the new terms and/or upon implementation of the new changes on the easytovisit.com Site.
